As fall restraint systems focus on preventing falls rather than arresting them, these lanyards do not include any shock absorption elements. It is crucial to ensure that fall restraint lanyards are never repurposed for fall arrest purposes. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of the invoice.

  • Made up of kernmantle rope of 11mm dia
  • Consists of a metal adjuster the length of the lanyard
  • They are cross-stitched and are protected by a strong transparent covering sleeve, which not only protects the ends, but also makes the stitches visible for easy inspection before use
  • The rope also has a coloured tracer strand which loses its colour in due course of time, indicating that the lanyard is now unfit for further use
  • Maximum adjustable length up to 2.0m
  • All KARAM lanyards are also supplied with any other hook on special request
  • All lanyards with different combination of connectors mentioned below are individually certified as per EN 354:2010
