Karam Energy Absorbing Expandable Webbing Lanyard with One Side Karabiner PN 112 and Other Side Hook PN 131N Model – PN399N

These lanyards are well-suited for environments where there’s a risk of tripping over them. Their elastic nature reduces the effective length, thus minimizing trip hazards. They are crafted using 44mm wide elasticated webbing with contraction properties.

The loops at the ends are shielded by an abrasion-resistant covering, preventing damage from metallic contact with the connector. KARAM offers a wide range of Webbing Lanyards with different connector configurations, including custom hooks upon special request.

All KARAM lanyards are supplied with any other hook on special request and come with a 1-year warranty from the date of Invoice against any manufacturing defects. One example of their lanyard is PN 399N(140), which features a 140kg Energy Absorber PN 300(140).

The lanyard’s energy-absorbing mechanism operates via specially designed stitching patterns or tearing mechanisms integrated into the webbing. These components are engineered to deform or break when subjected to the force of a fall, effectively absorbing the energy and minimizing the impact on the worker.
