Description

KARAM’s energy-absorbing twisted rope lanyards are extensively used in fall protection systems to reduce the impact forces experienced during falls from heights. Equipped with energy absorbers, these lanyards facilitate a gradual deceleration of falls, thereby minimizing the risk of injury compared to abrupt stops.

They play a vital role in ensuring worker safety across various industries prone to fall hazards, such as construction, maintenance, and industrial settings.

Notable variants include PN310 with Energy Absorber PN300 and PN310(S) with Energy Absorber PN400. Additionally, they come with a 1-year warranty from the date of invoice, covering any manufacturing defects.

Benefits

Made up of Polyamide twisted rope of 12mm dia
The spliced end is protected with a strong transparent covering sleeve, which not only protects the splicing but also makes the splicing visible for easy inspection before use
Loops at the end are protected by an abrasion resistant thimble, which prevents the rope from being damaged by the metallic contact of the connector
The rope also has a coloured tracer strand (age indicator) which loses its colour in due course of time, to show that the lanyards is now unfit for further use
